I'm a certified fitness and nutrition coach. But I didn't wake up with a snatched waist or a perfect formula for fat loss.

I realised right then: my willpower wasn't the problem. The Western rules were.
So I stopped following trends and started researching how our African bodies actually respond to our traditional ingredients. I turned my kitchen into a laboratory. Later, when I opened Catfish DXB in Dubai, I watched people eat full plates of Nigerian food and ask: "How is this so light? I don't feel bloated at all." That was the proof. It wasn't an accident. It was a system.
After 9 years, I realised the truth: the problem was never Jollof. The problem was the structure. And that was the birth of the African Fat Loss Method.
